How live data works here: Crypto (BTC, ETH) polls the Binance REST API every 5 seconds — real market prices, no API key, no cost. Traditional futures (ES, NQ, CL, GC) use Yahoo Finance via a CORS proxy — these are 15-minute delayed quotes, which is standard for free data. For true real-time traditional futures you'd need a paid feed like Databento, Barchart OnDemand, or a brokerage API like IBKR. See the Data Sources tab for a full breakdown.
